Submissions made to the Convention and other Submissions

These are the submissions made on specific issues by QCEA to the members of the Convention who drafted the Constitutional Treaty as well as letters written to other decision makers

The Militarisation of the EU

Here are briefing papers on the particular issue of the militarisation of the EU, that QCEA is focusing its work on in the run up to the Intergovernmental Conference that will decide the final draft of the Constitutional Treaty.

Spiritual Values and Citizenship Project

A project started in the Autumn of 2001 that consulted Quakers around Europe looking at what a Quaker viewpoint on Europe might be, culminating in the publication Values Matter: Quakers Reflect on Europe in June 2003. Contains lots of explanation about the whole process.
